While guests cannot purchase items directly from the bar at Flight Bar + Grille and bring them into Flight Lounge, we offer a range of food and beverage options to enhance your event experience.

For Events with Up to 24 Guests:
Guests can order from our exclusive Flight Lounge Menu, featuring a curated selection of Flight Bar + Grille’s most popular food and drink options. All orders will be placed through your designated event staff member to ensure seamless service.

For Events with 25+ Guests:
We offer a variety of in-house catering options designed to suit any occasion, from casual gatherings to formal celebrations. All beverages will be predetermined during the planning process and served within Flight Lounge. Please note that bringing food or drinks purchased from Flight Bar + Grille into the event space is strictly prohibited.

Flight Bar + Grille's kitchen was designed to serve the 30 tables within the main restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service. To ensure an exceptional experience for both the restaurant guests and your private event, we offer dedicated catering options specifically tailored for Flight Lounge.

If your guests would like to enjoy Flight Bar + Grille’s full menu, we kindly ask that they plan to dine before or after your event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Flight's award-winning burgers are hand-smashed, made to order in small batches, and crafted with the utmost care. We take great pride in the integrity and quality of our food, ensuring every burger meets the high standards our guests have come to love. Unfortunately, preparing them in large batches would compromise that quality, so they are not available as part of our event catering options.

However, we’d love for you and your guests to experience our burgers before or after your event! Flight Bar + Grille is open daily for lunch and dinner, and we invite you to stop in and enjoy one of the best burgers around.

Yes, please plan for any necessary setup and teardown within your reserved time. Access to Flight Lounge will not be granted before the official start of your reservation, so be sure to account for decorating, arranging, or any other preparations when booking your event.

To secure your date, simply choose your desired package and complete all required forms and prompts. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your signed contract and payment. After that, we’ll follow up via email to finalize the details and ensure everything is set for your event!

Absolutely! We want you to make the space your own. Flight Lounge is decorated minimally with this in mind, allowing you to easily transform the space into the event of your dreams. Just a quick note: when bringing in decorations, we ask that you refrain from using open flame candles, glitter, or adhesives other than painter's tape to ensure the space remains in pristine condition.

Guests can enjoy unlimited drinks throughout the event, with all beverages covered by the host.

CASH BAR

Guests pay for their own drinks as they order. The host doesn’t cover any beverage costs.

LIMITED BAR

Guests can enjoy a selection of drinks provided by the host.

DRINK TOKENS

Guests receive a set number of provided tokens that are redeemable for drinks preselected by the host.
