Deep clean and maintain restaurant equipment on a scheduled basis.
Clean and filter fryers according to established procedures.
Clean and maintain the kitchen hood and exhaust system.
Follow and complete equipment cleaning schedules.
Assist with unloading and putting away weekly deliveries.
Keep storage areas organized and clean.
Identify and report equipment issues before they become major problems.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.

Comfortable working around commercial kitchen equipment.
