NOW HIRING: EVENTS INTERN
Flight Bar + Grille is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Events Intern to work alongside our Director of Marketing + Events and help execute seamless, high-quality events in our Flight Lounge.
This role is the hands-on, in-the-room counterpart to our Director of Marketing + Events —focused on bringing events to life and ensuring every detail runs smoothly from setup to teardown. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences, this is a strong fit.
Position Type: Part-Time / PRN (15–25 hours/week)
Pay: $14–$18/hour + potential earned tips Schedule: Must have open, flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and variable event times required), summer internship with potential to continue into the 2026–2027 school year.

- Execute full event setup and teardown (tables, linens, decor, layout)
- Maintain the event space throughout service:
- Refresh beverages and stations
- Manage trash and cleanliness
- Ensure presentation standards are upheld
- Oversee catering timing, flow, and visual presentation
- Act as the on-site point of support during events to ensure smooth execution
- Launder and maintain event linens
- Assist with last-minute needs and problem-solving during events
- Collaborate closely with the Events Intern on event expectations and execution
- Support additional tasks as assigned
